Introduction
Watermelon juice is a refreshing drink that can be enjoyed on any day. It’s a great summer cooler drink that can beat the scorching heat.
All it requires is blending of watermelon chunks with some spices. No wonder if I say kids love this juice!
I sometimes blend watermelon chunks with a bit of sugar but it’s optional.
Mint leaves can also be used while blending which enhances the taste. Again, it’s optional.
I prefer purchasing seedless watermelon so that I do not have to separate the black seeds. Though these watermelons have white seeds, they are edible and can be ignored.
I am in love with this fruit since childhood and have enjoyed every variation of it including watermelon chat, juice, watermelon lemonade. Luckily,this is also my daughter’s favorite fruit and now we both enjoy this fruit and it’s variations together.
Not only is watermelon very high in water content but also acts as antioxidant and improves digestion.
This juice is digested easily and will make you feel hungry soon.
Variations
Watermelon Ice-cubes : You can simply make the ice cubes by pouring this juice into ice tray and freeze them.
Watermelon Popsicle: Simply pour the juice into Popsicle molds , freeze it and your Popsicle are ready.
Watermelon Lemonade: A combination of watermelon,lemon juice, water and ice cubes results into watermelon lemonade.

Ingredients
-2 cups of watermelon chunks
-1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
-1/4 tbsp of salt
-1/2 tbsp of black pepper powder
-1/2 tbsp of chat masala
-2 to 3 mint leaves(optional)
Step 1: Place the watermelon chunks in mixer jar with all spices – chat masala, black pepper powder,salt and sugar. Blend it until it turns frothy.
To enhance the taste, just place some finely chopped watermelon in the glass and then pour the juice.

1.Black pepper powder and chat masala uplifts the taste of juice.So, do not miss these ingredients.
2.Using sugar is optional. If watermelon is not that sweet then you may add sugar to improve taste of juice.
3.If you wish to keep it natural then simply blend watermelon chunks with a pinch of back salt.
