This easy-to-make kachumber salad recipe gives refreshing feel when served with spicy food, roti-sabji, rice. Apart from this, you can even make this kachumber at any other time when you experience hunger pangs.
I make this kachumber salad mostly at lunch and I prefer making this salad over pickles considering the nutritious aspect. Also, this salad falls under no cooking/no-fire category.

Ingredients
-1 small onion, chopped
-1 medium tomato, chopped
-2 small cucumber, chopped
-1/2 tsp of chaat masala
-1/2 tsp of salt
-1 tbsp of lemon juice
-2 tbsp of coriander, chopped
-1/2 tsp of black pepper powder (Optional)
1.Peel the onion and cucumber and chop into even small pieces. After this, chop tomatoes. Place all these veggies in a mixing bowl.
2.Add lemon juice, chaat masala and salt. Toss everything well using a spoon. Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander.
Serve it immediately.
Tips
1.You can add green chilies if you like spicy salad.
2.You can even add black pepper powder to the salad.
3.Choose veggies of you choice including carrots, radish, pomegranate kernels.
4.Chop all veggies in equal size so that the texture of salad looks good.
