Blueberries, all-purpose flour,baking powder, salt, butter and a bit of milk.

After completely cooling the cookies, keep them in an air-tight container. You can store it for 3 to 4 days at room temperature.
Can it be made with frozen blueberries?
Yes, you can use frozen berries.

-1 cup of all-purpose flour a.k.a maida
-1/2 cup of sugar
-1.5 tsp of baking powder
-A pinch of salt
-1/2 cup of butter
-1/4 cup of blueberries
-3 to 4 tbsp of milk
Step 1: Start the oven for preheating at 350F.
Step 2: Grease cookie sheet for making cookies and keep it aside.
Step 3: While the oven is preheating, place butter in a mixing bowl. I have melted butter using microwave and then kept it aside at room temperature for 10 minutes before using in this recipe.
Step 4: Add sugar to the bowl and mix it. Use granulated sugar.
Step 5: Sift all-purpose flour ,1.5 tsp of baking powder and pinch of salt together and add it to mixing bowl. Mix everything well.
Step 6: Add 2 to 3 tbsp of milk to the mixture, mix it well and start making dough out of it. It should be a soft thick dough. If you do not have electric stand mixer, then you can mix it with your hands.
Step 7: Add chopped blueberries to this dough and gently mix everything well. You can even add blueberries directly without chopping.
Step 8: Make small balls of this dough, place them on cookie sheet 2 to 3 inches apart.
Step 9: Place it in oven. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
1.Wash the blueberries thoroughly before using them.
2.Make sure you place the balls of dough 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.If you place them close, they will just stick to each other as it expands when baking.
3.Use very little milk while making the dough as we need thick one.
4.You can even add vanilla extract to the dough.
