This is a snacks that no one can ignore , especially kids. My kiddo is a huge fan of these canapes and I make them for her as evening snacks.
You can make these canapes for kids party or you can even make it for a picnic. These canapes can be prepared with monaco biscuit or krackjack biscuits.
Imagine your kid coming home after class and is hungry, you can quickly make canapes which they can have even while playing as its a finger food.
These biscuits form the base and then make a topping and place it over the biscuit. I have made them with farsan but you can make your own innovation with the topping.
Ingredients and efforts required for making canapes are very minimal. Moreover, this recipe falls under no cooking category. Yayyy!!!
How to make Biscuit Canapes?
Place the monaco or krackjack biscuit on a plate. Apply green chutney over the biscuits.
Now prepare the topping and place over the biscuits. Your biscuit canapes are ready.
Why Biscuit Canapes?
Biscuit canapes cannot be stored as they will turn soggy. So make it fresh and serve it.

-1 cup of Farsan
-1 tbsp of tamarind chutney
-1 tbsp of chopped onion
-1/2 tbsp of chaat masala
-Salt as per taste
-1/2 tbsp for each biscuit
-Mozzarella cheese as required
1. To make topping, place farsan to a bowl and add tamarind chutney, chopped onions, chaat masala and pinch of salt. Mix it well.
2.Take a krackjack biscuit and apply green chutney over it. I have used readymade green chutney.
3.Place the topping over the biscuit.
4.Grate mozzarella cheese over the topping. Repeat the procedure to make more biscuit canapes. Now the biscuit canapes are ready to be served.
