Chat Masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder and salt are used in this chaat.

When purchasing apples be sure that apples are not wax coated. You can opt for organic apples as well.
If you wish to use regular apples, then just soak apples in water along with vinegar. Use 1 tablespoon of vinegar for 1 cup of water. Soak it for 30 minutes, thoroughly rinse it with water and then use in chaat.

Ingredients
-1 apple, chopped in cubes of same size.
-1/2 tbsp of chat masala
-1/2 tbsp of black pepper powder
-1/4 tbsp of Salt
-1/2 tbsp of cumin powder
-1 tbs of honey
-1 tbsp of pomegranate to garnish the chaat.
Step 1: Wash and dice the apples. Place the chopped apples in a bowl. Sprinkle chat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder and salt on these chopped apples. Mix them well. After this spread honey over this chaat.
The chaat is ready. Yes, itβs that easy. Now garnish it with pomegranate.

1.Wash the apples thoroughly before using in the chaat.
2.You can add a little bit of lemon juice on the chaat.
